ATA Launches Online Supplier Directory

May 10, 2005

ALEXANDRIA, VA — An online supplier directory that puts trucking companies in touch with the products and services of American Trucking Associations’ (ATA) Allied members has been launched by ATA as a new industry benefit. This one-stop online purchasing tool makes it easy for motor-carriers to find appropriate equipment manufacturers and service providers to meet a trucking company’s direct operations and “back room” needs. Suppliers listed in the electronic directory provide industry-specific products and services to the trucking community. They range from accounting, tax and insurance instruments, truck stop facilities, and information technology development to the nuts-and-bolts equipment that keeps trucks operating safely on the road. To access the directory log on to and click on “directories.” Information can be searched by company name, business focus, through an alphabetical listing, or by city and state. If you would like to be listed in the ATA Supplier Directory, contact ATA Membership at (888) 333-1759.
