Netistix Signs Agreement with ARI Financial Services Ltd.

OTTAWA, ON — Netistix Technologies, makers of the FleetPulse fleet vehicle diagnostic product, announced on April 18 that the company has signed a non-exclusive teaming agreement with Automotive Resources International (ARI) Financial Services Ltd. of Mississauga, Ontario, the Canadian subsidiary of ARI. Netistix made the announcement during the annual meeting and conference of the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA), which was held in Grapevine, Texas. Under the terms of this agreement, both companies have agreed to cross-market and promote each other's products and services where appropriate. This includes using corporate information and branding on their respective web sites and within marketing collateral materials.
