PHOENIX, AZ — Harold Irving Grossman died on March 3, 2005 from complications from Parkinson’s Disease. He was 78. Grossman was born April 29, 1926 in Minneapolis. He attended the University of Minnesota and later co-founded Gelco Corp. and Dyco Petroleum Corp. with his brother Bud. He spent 55 years actively involved in the business. In 1981, Grossman retired and moved to Phoenix, where he lived until his death. He is survived by Jean, his wife of 56 years,; daughters Nancy (Irv) Leon of Ann Arbor, Mich.; Mary Schuman of Ann Arbor, Mich. ; Molly Levitt of Shawnee Mission, Kan.; and six grandchildren.
