Duquesne Light Co. Names New Fleet Manager

PITTSBURGH, PA — Lloyd Mullin has replaced Martin Webler as fleet manager at Duquesne Light Company in Pittsburgh. Weber is now assistant controller for the company. Mullin supervises a fleet of 752 vehicles. He was previously maintenance supervisor for the company.
