Jefferson Leasing Purchases Mear Leasing

CROFTON, MD – Jefferson Leasing, headquartered in Crofton, Md., has purchased Mears Leasing of Orlando, Fla. James Hartman will remain as president of the Mears Division. The combined company with 4,100 vehicles is headed by President Jerry Duffy and it will continue to focus on the small commercial fleet market. Prior to the acquisition, Duffy was vice president of Jefferson Leasing.
