City of Rochester Names New Fleet Services Manager

ROCHESTER, NY — Lou Guilmette has been named fleet services manager for the City of Rochester, N.Y., as of Nov. 1, 2004. He replaces David Keefe, who has since retired. For 18 years previously, Guilmette was refuse and recycling manager for the City of Rochester. He manages a total of 1,300 vehicles consisting of more than 800 light-duty vehicles, from ATVs to sedans and pickups, as well as several class 1-8 trucks and bulldozers.
