Corporate Fleet Leasing Acquires New York Firm

CUMBERLAND, ME — Corporate Fleet Leasing, Inc. of Cumberland announced on December 9 that it has acquired American Vehicle Funding of Uniondale, New York in a deal that adds approximately 200 vehicles to Corporate Fleet Leasing´s portfolio of leased and managed automobiles.Corporate Fleet Leasing offers comprehensive fleet services, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance and fuel programs, and vehicle remarketing to help businesses with as few as five cars.With the acquisition, Corporate Fleet Leasing now manages vehicle fleets in 29 states for a variety of corporate, non-profit and government organizations. The deal expands the company´s sales territory to the Midwest, complementing its strong customer base in the Mid Atlantic and New England.
