– Automotive Resources International (ARI) recently enhanced its online client reporting system, ACCESS, to include life of vehicle operating and fixed costs as part of the general vehicle options. The benefit to customers is their ability to conduct true lifecycle cost analysis by querying vehicles that have been sold, which ensures all costs are included.Also added is a feature that will allow users to query for purchase orders across a fleet without having to pull up individual vehicles. The user can query a purchase order number or search for purchase orders issued during a specific time period.Lastly, fleet management messages now show date and time of issue. This helps to show the proper sequence of events related to messages recorded by ARI´s fleet management call center.These new ACCESS enhancements are on the heels of improvements to ARI´s accident management and subrogation services features. Images that pertain to an accident claim such as the accident report, police report, and claims photos can now be viewed, printed, and e-mailed as needed.
