OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL – Ruth Alfson, CAFM, has been named manager, fleet consolidated services for Exelon Corp. in Oakbrook Terrace. Previously, Alfson was fleet manager for Seminole County, Fla. Frank Raymond has assumed temporary duties as fleet manager for Seminole County, Fla., until an official replacement is named for Alfson.
