Safety Specialist David Vance Joins Fleet Response

Fleet Response, a provider of custom-designed fleet management services, announced on November 5 that it has named David Vance to the position of director of safety services.Vance is a certified safety professional and a former member of The American Society of Safety Engineers. He will work with Fleet Response clients to assist in reducing the overall cost and severity of accidents for fleet drivers by analyzing accident history trends and offering practical solutions. Vance has worked with many public and private entities to develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures. As manager of loss control, he coordinated and delivered safety and environmental services to small and medium-sized companies including manufacturers; private and public education; warehousing and distribution; construction management and contracting. Vance has served as liaison to state and federal regulator agencies in 15 states. He has been the lead speaker at several local and regional safety workshops, symposia and conferences offering safety training for supervisors and employees.
