CEI Recognized as ‘Psychologically Healthy Workplace’ by PA Psychological Association

November 2, 2004

The CEI Group, Inc. has been named a “Psychologically Healthy Workplace” by the Pennsylvania Psychological Association. The Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award recognizes companies that have demonstrated a commitment to the psychological health and well being of employees. CEI was judged on several criteria, including level of employee involvement in various workplace issues, family support policies, commitment to employee growth and development, and health and safety issues in the workplace. “CEI is honored to be recognized as a ‘healthy workplace’,” says Kathy Latzko, human resources manager. “We strive to provide a work environment which contributes not only to the success of the company, but to the success of our employees as well, and that includes their psychological well being.”
