OnStar Transitioning from Analog to Digital Hardware

OnStar announced that it is in the process of transitioning from analog to digital hardware on all GM vehicles. This transition is expected to be complete by the first quarter of the 2005 calendar year.Several models are already being equipped with digital OnStar equipment and the majority of models will complete the transition in the third and fourth quarter of this year.
