Fleet Response announced that it had unveiled upgrades of OLIS (Online Information Service) at a three-day Advisory Board event hosted at Fleet Response’s headquarters in Cleveland. The enhancements are a direct response to feedback gathered at the Inaugural Advisory Board meeting held in February 2004. The latest OLIS additions enable Fleet Response clients to instantly design and download unique reports. This custom report creator gives fleet managers the ability to instantly choose a variety of topics for evaluation and analysis. These changes will enable clients to more efficiently manage drivers by allowing them to review their company specified information. Fleet Response’s Advisory Board also previewed a new search engine that enables users to find claims by client defined information fields. The latest OLIS updates are scheduled to go live October 1. OLIS (Online Information Service) provides real-time access to client accounts including current status of claims activity, maintenance and mechanical repair or rental vehicle replacement status.
