August 24, 2004

Streicher Mobile Fueling, Inc., an outsourced refueling and fuel management solution for vehicle and equipment fleets, confirmed Aug. 18 that it has mobilized additional equipment and resources to assist Florida businesses, organizations, and communities in addressing fuel supply and delivery problems caused by Hurricane Charley. Richard Gathright, chairman and CEO, commented, "In response to a tremendous surge in demand for our services from existing customers and others affected by the destruction of Hurricane Charley, we have relocated additional trucks and manpower into our Ft. Myers, Tampa, and Orlando divisions and have extended and doubled-up delivery routes in this time of need. I know that our drivers and staff are committed to providing support to the utilities, telecommunications services, government agencies, and various other fleet customers we are currently serving in the relief areas.”
