July 20, 2004

On June 15, New Hampshire Governor Craig Benson signed into law legislation granting municipalities the authority to implement a photographic traffic signal enforcement system. The bill does provide a safeguard in instances where violations by either rented or leased vehicles are photographed by such a system.
