CEI’s Liggio Speaks to Trucking Industry about Accident Management at AmeriQuest Symposium in Las Vegas

Art Liggio, national director of risk & insurance services for The CEI Group, Inc., was recently invited to the AmeriQuest Symposium in Las Vegas to address how accident and risk management services can benefit the trucking industry. Liggio presented “Accident and Risk Management Services – A Strategic Outsourcing Solution” in which he spoke about the many benefits of outsourced accident and risk management, including capitalizing on an outsourcing partner’s industry expertise as well as financial savings that expertise will bring. He also addressed the current and future states of the vehicle-repair industry, and how the use of an outsourcing partner in accident-repair management can mitigate challenges in quality assurance, administration, and escalating repair costs. AmeriQuest Transportation & Logistics Resources Corporation was founded in December 1996 by Douglas Clark, a transportation industry veteran, in conjunction with 50 independent truck leasing companies. In 2002, AmeriQuest launched Carrier FleetXchange, which is a procurement service and knowledge exchange for common carriers. Last year, AmeriQuest was named to Inc.
