Leased Property Pilot Program Awaits Signature in Tennessee

A bill to authorize creation of a voluntary pilot program for assessing leased property to the lessor, instead of the lessee, now awaits signing by the Tennessee Speaker of the House and the governor. The American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA) is tracking this legislation closely.
