Connecticut Vicarious Liability Bill Dies

HARTFORD, CT – The state’s House Judiciary Committee has defeated a bill (HB 5546) to eliminate the state’s vicarious liability law for rental motor vehicles in the state, according to the American Automotive Leasing Association.
