Getchis to Retire from ARI

March 22, 2004

Following more than 12 years of sales and marketing contributions that have increased ARI's standing in the industry, Randy Getchis, senior vice president, sales and marketing, announced on March 18 that his retirement would be effective April 2004. “After an earlier career in the automotive manufacturing industry, Randy joined ARI in 1991,” said Bill McKee, president of ARI.

Succeeding Getchis is Tom Donato, who will be promoted to senior vice president, sales and marketing. Donato joined ARI in 1982 as manager of fleet management services and was responsible for launching ARI’s maintenance, accident and reporting products. Later, he served in various sales positions in the Northern Zone and helped to create and manage ARI’s special markets department. In 2001, Donato was named vice president, Northern Zone.
