Enterprise Fleet Services Adds Maintenance Unit to Website Features

Enterprise Fleet Services’ has added a special “maintenance unit history” feature to its newly designed Website. “The online maintenance component was among the top five requested features, according to a survey of customers and prospects conducted by Enterprise during the initial planning and development stages for the redesigned Website,” said Steve Bloom, senior vice president of Enterprise Fleet Services. Other features of the Website include numerous query tools designed to give customers a more complete overview of their entire fleet program. Customers can produce snapshots of their fleet on the main customer page, as well as view, print and download a number of reports, including a management report, lease statements and maintenance reports. They also can view, print and download their vehicle order status and reminders about upcoming lease and license renewals. Full-maintenance customers can view, print and download service reminders. In addition, the Website enables customers to forward e-mails regarding any of these reminders or notices.
