Pepsi Cola Subsidiary Places FleetTrak Order with Auto-Q

Auto-Q International Inc., a provider of vehicle tracking and monitoring systems for trucking fleets and consumers, announced January 7 that it has received $256,000 in purchase orders in the last 12 months from Walkers (Snacks) Distribution Ltd., a U.K. subsidiary of Pepsi Cola Corporation, for installation of its FleetTrak System with PDA mobile telephone facility on 24 Walkers' vehicles.Walkers has asked Auto-Q to install in-cab mobile telephones across its 225 vehicle trucking fleet, used to distribute snack food products. Walkers has the FleetTrak system on 225 vehicles and reports fuel savings in the region of 5 percent, a huge payback on that size fleet.
