Federal Express Corp plans to expand its local van fleet next year to cope with growing demand. According to Clifton Chua, the global courier's managing director for Thailand, Indochina, and the Philippines on November 10, the expansion will be supported by the country's export sector, which has sizeable potential for growth. FedEx currently operates 41 vans and 44 motorcycles in Thailand, as well as 12 flights per day out of Bangkok International Airport.
