Valvoline Signs New Fleet Agreements

Valvoline Instant Oil Change, one of the nation’s largest chains of automotive service providers, announced on Aug. 18, 2003 that it has signed agreements to several national and large regional companies to provide automotive fluid maintenance and related services. The companies include:
  • ULTEA Leasing, Madison, WI, in fleet leasing, management, and consulting firm and a subsidiary of Heartland Financial.
  • UHL Companies, Osseo, MN, a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, repair and maintenance company.
  • Lakes and Plains Regional Council of Carpenters and Joiners, St. Paul, Minn., a union of some 13,000 building tradesmen and women covering Minnesota, North and South Dakota and western Wisconsin.
  • Comcast Cable of Flint, Flint, Mich., which operates some 100 service vehicles.
