Donlen announced a redesigned accident management system, which now provides the powerful reporting and communications functions of FleetWeb, Donlen’s suite of online fleet management products.

Using the FleetWeb platform, the new accident management system allows customers to view enhanced customer profiles and send multiple level notifications when claims are created. It also gives Donlen the ability to seamlessly create customized reports for customers on demand. In addition, customers will be able to view the claims status, fully access to all notes and documents taken throughout the life of the claim, and view PO’s associated with each claim.

“The first version of our accident management system had seen many enhancements over the last few years. We took all of those changes, along with new ideas and recommendations from our customers and internal users, to create an integrated system used solely for the purpose of tracking driver incidents, vehicle accident claims, and subrogation.” says Dave Lodding, vice president of Fleet Management Services.
