Auction Broadcasting Company Announces Executive Management Promotions

Auction Broadcasting Company (ABC) announced on September 10, 2003, executive management promotions which included the appointment of Trent Knox, formerly chief operating officer, to the position of president of ABC, and the appointment of John Fuller to the chief operating officer position. Mike Hockett, formerly holding the positions of both CEO and president, remains CEO. Bob Rauschenberg, founding partner and vice-president of marketing and sales at ABC, said “The changes will make ABC a more efficient and profitable company and will enable us to serve our customers better.” Knox, the new president, began in the auction business 14 years ago in Fort Wayne, IN. He has held several other management positions at auction companies in the intervening years. John Fuller founded Automotive Finance Company in 1987, and developed it into the largest wholesale floor planning company in North America.
