LeasePlan Consolidates Client Services Activities

LeasePlan USA announced several internal promotions that consolidated all client service activity under one business unit reporting under Bryan Steele, vice president of client services.Promoted were: Joe Anderson to vice president, strategic relations; Tenny Williams to director, strategic accounts; and Eric Crooks to FleetDesk manager. In his new position, Anderson is responsible for industry relations, strategic accounts client relations, and client information management. Anderson has been with LeasePlan for 10 years and is a 20-year industry veteran. He started his career at LeasePlan in sales in Texas and for the past four years was vice president, strategic accounts. Williams was manager of FleetDesk for more than five years. In his new role as director, strategic accounts, Williams is responsible for the strategic accounts client service team. Crooks transferred from the marketing department to assume the role of FleetDesk manager, overseeing the division, which has 18,000-plus vehicles under management. Previously, Crooks served as business development analyst, focusing on products and services.
