Peter Klopchic, vice president of vehicle remarketing for CitiCapital Fleet, has accepted a new position in CitiCapital’s international asset disposal department where he will be responsible for various activities in Canada and Europe. He will continue to reside in Dallas and relocate to CitiCapital’s headquarters in Las Colinas, located in the greater Dallas metropolitan area. Replacing Klopchic is David Hackett, who was promoted to vice president responsible for all vehicle remarketing activities at CitiCapital Fleet. Brian Doyle continues to be responsible for all auction sales activities and reports to Hackett. Prior to this promotion, Hackett was senior manager of administration and client-directed sales in CitiCapital Fleet’s vehicle remarketing department. A 10-year employee of CitiCapital Fleet, Hackett has held a variety of positions including several managerial roles in fleet management operations. Before joining CitiCapital Fleet, Hackett worked for seven years in various vehicle repair and maintenance-related positions, which included overall management responsibility at one of Goodyear’s tire and vehicle service centers.
