Analytical Fleet Management Workshop Set for Fleet Expo

This workshop is being offered in conjunction with Fleet Expo, October 7 at the Meadowlands Convention Center in Secaucus, NJ. The workshop, sponsored by the University of Washington and taught by 35-year, fleet-management veteran John Dolce, offers Fleet Expo attendees a discount of $75 and the opportunity to: Meet your strategic goals for 2004. Establish a practical vehicle-replacement program. Audit your present operation and immediately increase profitability by 5 percent. Examine your operation’s current status and gain knowledge and techniques to proactively manage fleet activities. Engage in active group discussion and case studies with your peers. Benefit from the instructor’s vast real-world experience and practical knowledge. Earn continuing education units/professional development hours from the University of Washington. During the workshop, from 8 am to 5 p.m., you will learn about lifecycle budgeting, vehicle replacement strategies, replacement support systems, effective benchmarking, cost-control policies, in-house versus outside maintenance management, trend analysis, and capital and operating budget.
