Corporate Fleet Leasing (CFL), a new company based in Cumberland, is working to help small and medium sized businesses manage their vehicle fleets. CFL offers comprehensive fleet services, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance programs, and vehicle remarketing. These services can help businesses with as few as five cars save money and administrative time, increase employee productivity and lower both fixed and operating costs associated with company vehicles. “Small and mid-sized companies typically have the fewest resources to devote to managing their vehicles, and don’t realize that there are options for outsourcing fleet management,” said Kurt Eckhardt, president and general manager of CFL. “In smaller companies, the task of acquiring and maintaining vehicles is often decentralized, or assigned to someone whose expertise may be very different — typically the CFO or accounting staff,” Eckhardt added. CFL says it offers unlimited vehicle selection, a comprehensive maintenance program including maintenance coupon programs, a nationwide network of vendors, ASE certified maintenance technicians, and emergency roadside assistance, among other benefits.
