PHH Arval was chosen as a finalist for "Best Customer Service Team" by The American Business Awards, an all-encompassing business awards program that honors superior performances in the workplace. PHH’s Business Activation Team was recognized for its focus on providing outstanding customer service to new clients transitioning to PHH. The team’s approach to implementing each new client’s fleet program prompted clients to give PHH a 98 percent satisfaction rate for the implementation process, the company reported.
