(RSA), a unit of Fiserv, has received the 2003 CyberCulture Award in the third annual Buffalo Niagara Emerging Technology Awards (BETA).Sponsored by infoTech Niagara and Business First of Buffalo, the BETAs honor excellence in western New York's information technology community.
