Comdata Corp. announced that it has completed contract negotiations with U.S. Fleet Services to provide customer account management services for its 1,400 mobile and on-site fueling customers. U.S. Fleet Services delivers diesel fuel and gasoline on-site, directly to company vehicles 24 hours a day via customized fuel-dispensing trucks. The long-term agreement includes the issuance of a Comdata’s co-branded Comdata MasterCard Corporate Fleet Card as a payment method to U.S. Fleet Services’ customers, and assigns customer billing, collections, reporting and some account management responsibilities to Comdata. Comdata is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ceridian Corp.
