Comdata Inks Customer Management Deal with U.S. Fleet Services

Comdata Corp. announced that it has completed contract negotiations with U.S. Fleet Services to provide customer account management services for its 1,400 mobile and on-site fueling customers.U.S. Fleet Services delivers diesel fuel and gasoline on-site, directly to company vehicles 24 hours a day via customized fuel-dispensing trucks. The long-term agreement includes the issuance of a Comdata’s co-branded Comdata MasterCard Corporate Fleet Card as a payment method to U.S. Fleet Services’ customers, and assigns customer billing, collections, reporting and some account management responsibilities to Comdata.Comdata is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ceridian Corp.
