CARB Tables Changes to ZEV Program

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) postponed action on proposed changes to its zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) program that would drop the requirement that manufacturers sell electric vehicles in the state. CARB met March 27-28 in Sacramento, but agreed to postpone a vote on the proposed amendments until it meets again on April 24.
