Toyota Merges Fleet & CUV Departments

Toyota Motor Sales USA announced on Jan. 17, 2003, the consolidation of the corporate Toyota certified used vehicle (TCUV) operations department and the corporate fleet department. The new department will be led by Ron Broughman, corporate manager / corporate fleet, TRAC, and TCUV. The new department will consist of six key areas, each headed by a national manager. The national managers are:
  • Scott Heyer, national fleet and TCUV sales performance.
  • Steve Appelbaum, national fleet and TCUV marketing and operations manager.
  • Paul Jontig, national fleet and TCUV administration manager.
  • Sue Case, national fleet and TCUV strategic planning manager.
  • Ted Lee, national fleet and TCUV development manager.
  • Jay Spencer, national Toyota Rent a Car (TRAC) sales manager.
