PHH Recovers $21M for Clients in '02

PHH Arval recovered over $21 million in 2002 for its clients through subrogation of vehicle collision claims, the fleet management company announced.PHH’s vehicle collision management experts help drivers who have been involved in collisions with emergency roadside assistance. They also take the First Notice of Loss report from drivers who have been involved in collisions, handle rental vehicles, and take care of all aspects of accident repairs. In addition, when a fleet driver is in an accident and another party is at fault, PHH’s subrogation team pursues cost recovery for that client. The team reviews police reports, evaluates claims, and works to recover costs.
