'Invent the Future' at 2003 NAFA Fleet Management Institute

The theme for the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) 2003 Fleet Management Institute (FMI 2003) is "Invent the Future." The conference will be held May 4-7 in Philadelphia.

Courses at FMI 2003 will include:

  • "Improve Your Workflow and Priority Management"
  • "Fleet Operations vs. Managed Competition"
  • "Reverse Auctions and E-Procurement: Separating Fact From Fiction"

    The conference will also feature:

  • A pre-conference course on best practices for negotiations.
  • Industry-specific workshops where you’ll hear how other fleets like yours are addressing pressing issues.
  • The release of NAFA’s Fleet Cost Allocation Guide, a new product that will help fleet managers establish an effective accounting and charge-back system for fleet services.
