GM Fleet & Commercial Upgrades Web Site

GM Fleet and Commercial Operations recently rolled out several enhancements to its Web site,, including a redesigned home page and a reorganized "Fleet Tools" section. The company says the changes were made in accordance with the results of a recent National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) survery on fleet OEM Web sites. The home page was revised to highlight key features such as:
  • Fleet call center (for quick responses, or to schedule a sales or service appointment with a commercial-core dealer).
  • Commercial-core dealer directory.
  • Vehicle information.
  • Incentive information.
  • "What's New" section.'s left-hand navigation has also been updated for easier access to all site information.
