AutoTradeCenter Signs Agreement with Chrysler Financial for E.L.V.I.S. Enhancement

AutoTradeCenter Inc. signed an agreement on Jan. 16, 2003 with Chrysler Financial to develop an Internet enhancement to their current E.L.V.I.S. (Electronic Lease Vehicle Inventory System) program. The development, known as Web E.L.V.I.S., will provide online access to Chrysler, Jeep®, and Dodge off-lease vehicles to all franchise dealers nationwide. Web E.L.V.I.S. is currently in the pilot stage, but is anticipated to launch nationally at the end of January 2003.
