Paul Seger, vice president of asset remarketing for GE Fleet Services, has joined the all-star lineup of panelists for the CAR 2003 session titled, 'What Fleet Management Companies are Doing to Enhance Residual Values.'

Also participating in the panel are: Bob Graham, remarketing manager, ARI; Peter Klopchic, vice president, vehicle remarketing, CitiCapital Fleet; Darrin Aiken, assistant VP, vehicle remarketing, Wheels; John Rancourt, director of license/title & used-vehicle marketing, LeasePlan; and Bill Cieslak, vehicle operation manager, PHH.
