Arval PHH to Manage KPN's 9,700-Unit Fleet in Benelux Countries

KPN, a telecommunications company operating in Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, has signed an agreement with Arval PHH to manage its fleet of 9,700 vehicles in Belgium and the Netherlands. Base, the mobile phone network of KPN, located in Belgium, has been using the fleet management company for the past three years. Arval PHH is a wholly owned subsidiary of PNP Paribas and manages 685,000 vehicles in 14 countries.
