WestStart-CALSTART's third annual "Clean Heavy Duty Vehicles for the 21st Century" Conference, will be held Feb. 19-21, 2003, at the Mission Palms Hotel in Tempe, AZ. The third annual conference aims to bring executives of the heavy-duty vehicle and energy industries together with key government officials in a three-day forum to highlight new technologies and fuels, economic factors, and regulations affecting the heavy-duty vehicle market for many years.
