Toyota Builds 10 Millionth Vehicle in North America

Toyota's 10 millionth vehicle built in North America rolled off the assembly line on July 29, 2002.The milestone marked 16 years of manufacturing in the United States and Canada and a $13 bil-lion investment in by Toyota in North American plants.The maroon Camry rolled off the line at Toyota Manufacturing Kentucky. Of the 10 million vehi-cles, 4.6 million have been built at the Georgetown facility since it began production
