CEI has formed a new operations leadership team to help guide CEI's organizational development and expansion. Individual team members are spearheading specific action items, in their area of responsibility, which include process quality assurance, electronic document management, supply chain integration and management, skill-based training and career path processes, and external relationship management. The leadership team includes: John Wysseier, CEI's director of business development and operations; John Wolford, who is responsible for managing partner relationships for CEI with the expanding supply chain of U.S.-Canadian collision repair-appraiser network, and also manages CEI's fleet client services team; Carol Gillespie, who manages customer care center operations for Fleet Services; Chris Villella, who manages CEI's loss recovery system, as well as its salvage, vehicle remarketing, and motor vehicle record-reporting services; Vincent Brigidi, who manages new customer transitions and also provides guidance in data mining and e-commerce strategies; Ryan Woolfenden, who manages customer care operations for CEI's Insurance Services business segment; and Michael Hanssens, who is in charge of driving process quality management throughout the operations, and also directs CEI's evolving training team.
