Web Site Enhancements Made by GM Fleet and Commercial Operations

April 23, 2002

GM Fleet and Commercial’s Web site (www.gmfleet.com) has been enhanced to make the Product Availability page more user-friendly. The enhancements include a new detailed summary page of available inventory and a more advanced search function with more detailed criteria for searching vehicles. In addition, Dealer Code conversion to BAC Code and vice-versa has been added to the “Release Vehicle” section. While in the “Release” screen, customers can release multiple units within the same car line in the same Internet visit.
