Defender Fleet Services Appoints Chief Operating Officer

Ken Jacobs has been appointed chief operating officer for Defender Fleet Services (DFS). Previously, he was executive vice president for DFS. He has worked in the fleet industry for 16 years and been involved in all phases of operations and sales. He has spent six years with Avis Car Leasing, four years as an auto damage appraiser with Liberty Mutual Insurance, and seven years with Hanover Insurance as Long Island regional auto physical damage appraisal manager.
