Audiovox Acquires Code-Alarm

Code Systems, subsidiary of Audiovox Corp., has bought Code-Alarm. The new company, which will be headquartered in Madison Heights, will manufacture automotive security systems and components, remote keyless entry systems, security and convenience accessories, and remote car start systems.
