Motorola Certifies CES Wireless Products for Use With Its Mobile Data Systems

Motorola announced that it now offers advanced fleet management solutions for owners of Motorola CDM Series Professional Radios. Motorola has certified that CES Wireless mobile and base station equipment and software is compatible with Motorola (CDM750, CDM1250, CDM1550, and the CDM1550*LS) mobile two-way radios, which operates on any UHF LTR trunking system. As part of the marketing agreement, CES Wireless products are available for fleet management and AVL (automatic vehicle location) and GPS (global positioning system) applications. Motorola compatibility has long been incorporated into the CES Wireless Mobile Display Terminal with GPS, standalone modem with GPS and, as well as the AVL messaging status software. CES Wireless is a vertically integrated mobile data and information systems provider that delivers advanced systems to fleet managers to enable them to have tracking and contact with their fleet assets.
