LeasePlan Reorganizes Operations Department

LeasePlan USA recently reorganized its operations department. In the reorganization, John Rancourt was promoted to director, used vehicle marketing and license & title and Dave Chimenti was promoted to director, operations process management. Rancourt, previously manager, used-vehicle marketing, is now responsible for the License & Title Department as well. Rancourt has been with LeasePlan for more than 20 years. Chimenti is now responsible for the project management business analysts, Fleet Information Services, and the Reporting and Data Services departments. Most recently, Chimenti was operations business analyst responsible for managing the transition and transformation of all LeasePlan fleet management functions and processes to Consolidated Service Corp., which was acquired by LeasePlan in December 2000. Prior to that, Chimenti worked for 10 years as manager, fleet maintenance for LeasePlan USA.
