Internet Now a $552 Million Business for Auctions

The gross value of vehicles sold on the Internet is $552,156,314, according to the National Auto Auction Member Survey Results & Statistics, January 2002. The number of units sold via the Internet is 46,378, and the average price per vehicle sold is $11,906, according to the survey.
